HOW DOES THIS WORK?
On-site massage, also known as workplace massage or corporate chair massage, is administered as follows:
Employee is fully-clothed. Seated in an
ergonomically designed chair, brought by the therapist, which typically slopes forward, providing access to the neck and large muscles of the back area.
Duration: 10 – 20 minutes or more
Location: Small and quiet room
Mood: Spa music and/or aromatherapy
Payment: Can be employer-pay(most common method) employee-pay or a combination.
OPTIONS FOR CHAIR MASSAGES
The "Corporate Paid Sponsorship" on-site chair massage program.
Employer paid events. Enjoyed for a job well done, appreciation days, etc.
The “Employee Paid Sponsorship" on-site chair massage program
Employee paid event. Scheduled with an online scheduler. Requires little oversight from the employer. Employee schedules and pays online with a credit card for massage sessions.
The "Co-Pay Sponsored Events
This on-site chair massage program involves employee and employer splitting the cost of the total amount of massage services.
